CCAP: Broadway Bound Crew

General Information

Join the excitement behind the scenes as a CCAP Crew member! This volunteer position supports the final week of camp and plays a key role in bringing performances to life. Crew members work backstage during shows, assisting with props, set changes, and costume transitions. Community service hours are available.

Program Overview

Designed for students entering grades 5–9, this dynamic program invites aspiring performers to grow their skills in singing, acting, and stage movement while experiencing the full journey of a musical theatre production. Campers collaborate daily to rehearse and refine their work, culminating in two fully staged performances at the Allentown High School Performing Arts Center.

Crew Responsibilities

  • Execute smooth set and prop changes during performances

  • Assist with quick costume transitions

  • Maintain an organized backstage flow

  • Support technical and production needs during shows

Eligibility Requirements

Open to responsible high school and college students who are punctual, dependable, and eager to contribute. Prior stage crew experience is strongly encouraged.

Attendance Policy

Must be available during the final week of camp.
